When you are hurting inside and looking for a safe space to be heard, or feel you are struggling to balance your work life with your health or creative passions, my practice can help. As a therapist, I will work with you to navigate your problems and in time explore all the wonderful ways you can change.
My method of approach is a combination of Psychodynamic (how our pasts can affect us) and Humanistic (providing an open, safe environment to talk). This is supplemented by a trauma-informed approach to understanding and healing and Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) for practicing healthy self-care and self-talk.
