Saturday and Sunday
We offer gymnastics classes. A program design specially for serious dancers, cheer leaders, gymnasts or professional athletes who desire to increase flexibility, strength and take their tumbling to the next level. During these classes we focus on full body flexibility, correct stretching techniques, strength exercises to improve balance, leaps and jumps. Drills for aerials and tumbling. Most important for us is safety. Next important paragraph is to see our students performing their skills and elements with straight legs and pointed toes, correct body posture... to look beautiful!
